We proudly offer delivery across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Service), providing a secure and fully tracked shipping experience.

Standard Delivery: £11
Orders over £750: £21
All delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total order value.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Personalised and engraved items may require up to 2 working days before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Delivery times apply once your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail Special Delivery aims for next working day delivery, however delays may occasionally occur.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive full tracking details to follow your parcel in real time.
Packaging
Each order is carefully packaged to reflect the quality and exclusivity of R Jewellery.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Faulty or Defective Items
Products that show a manufacturing defect may be returned within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Customers must notify us immediately upon delivery and provide clear details and/or photographic evidence of the issue.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Hygiene Products (Earrings)
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Personalised Items
Any customised or personalised jewellery (including engraved items) is non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
General Return Conditions
• Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging (where applicable)
• Returns are only accepted if approved in advance
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
